When I gave a booking and stated every requirement of declaration elements, including HS code, with or without battery, copy brand or not, these elements are also required on the booking from forwarder. but some days later after approve from overseas customer, the forwarder still ask about these elements,
Why ask ? why they don't see them from the booking ? even they don't tell us driver's information before shipment.
Ｎot careful enough？
